Nfo-RNA IPA Liquid Kit
This kit is a colloidal gold detection reagent for isothermal nucleic acid amplification based on IPA technology. Under the constant temperature condition (39-42℃), specially modified reverse transcriptase uses specific DNA primers and template RNA to synthesize cDNA chains. The recombinant enzyme, single-stranded binding protein (SSB) and DNA polymerase in the reaction system use the newly synthesized cDNA chain as a template to perform rapid nucleic acid amplification reaction to generate the target DNA product. When the specifically modified probe is combined with the target DNA product, the Endonuclease IV in the reagent recognizes the site, and the final result can be detected by colloidal gold technology.
