Exo-RNA IPA Liquid Kit
This kit is a isothermal nucleic acid real-time fluorescence amplification technology based on IPA (Isothermal Polymerase Amplification). Under the constant temperature condition (39-42℃), specially modified reverse transcriptase uses specific DNA primers and template RNA to synthesize cDNA chains. The recombinant enzyme, single-stranded binding protein (SSB) and DNA polymerase in the reaction system use the newly synthesized cDNA chain as a template for rapid nucleic acid amplification reaction to generate the target DNA product. When the probe modified by THF is combined with the target DNA product, Exonuclease III in the reagent recognizes the site, and the THF residue is removed, resulting in the separation of the fluorescent group and the quenching group to emit fluorescence signals, and the real-time fluorescence curve can be obtained by fluorescence PCR.

Features
  • High sensitivity: IPA can detect a small amount of RNA in the sample;

  • Fast reaction speed: at the reaction temperature of 39~42℃, it only takes 30 minutes to amplify to a detectable level, but it also depends on the size of the target fragment and the template concentration;

  • Strong specificity: it can identify and amplify a single RNA molecule from a sample containing multiple unrelated compound genomic RNA, and has strong anti-interference ability;

  • Can be made into freeze-dried state, and has simple operation and easy storage.
